Durham Mental Health Services is a non medical mental health service with a variety of community based services including Crisis Services. Crisis Services provides 24 hour crisis telephone support and short term crisis beds, and mobile visits from 7 am to 11 pm Monday to Friday, 9–9 on weekends and holidays. Crisis Services provides immediate response, support, intervention, safety/risk assessment/crisis plan development, referral/linkage and advocacy to appropriate services, discharge and brief follow up to individuals experiencing a situational/mental health crisis to assist in the resolution of their crisis.

Independent studies have shown 74% of our "Complete Care" clients remain abstinent 18 months post-treatment.
